Transactional attorneys: what’s your biggest advice on how to review contracts/agreements and provide comment when you’ve never seen or drafted that particular type of agreement before? And your firm sucks at training. I’m a first year and I’ve been asked to review certain closing documents and provide comments. I’ve never done this before so how do I know which provision should stay and which should change. Wtf do I do? Lol

I relocated with my family to Ireland recently, one month ago, and while I got a lot of screening calls with recruiters, I did not hear back from any of them after our interview. I am still on the process of getting my work permit and I am very clear about this during the interviews, but I suspect that this is the reason why I am not getting any call back. Any tips on the first screening call with recruiters? Should I touch base with them after our interviews?
