Hi guys , I am fresher joined last year and have 2yr bond but I got put into performance improvement plan (pip) is there a chance of them removing me from company? I have been doing fairly well in company.

A recruiter keeps discussing my salary level before sharing my resume with the client. I gave given my level and said I’m willing to discuss based on other benefits etc but feels a bit odd to keep discussing it before even sharing with the company... Is this normal?

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
