Trying to find a company that will pay 75-80K starting for a Senior Buyer with 6 years of buying experience. I like what I do but the pay is not feasible with inflation, and it will take me years and several promotions to get that salary where I’m at now. Currently at 65K.

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

I went from agency to in house PR 1.5 years ago (I’m at a prof services firm in nyc). There are no boundaries for communication; everyone is expected to answer emails immediately at all hours and senior people respond in minutes between about 7am-11pm, at minimum. Is this normal in the corporate, non agency world? Not sure if this is just due to the pandemic and WFH, but I was under the impression that in house life would be more chill.

Once they have okayed the document, they approve the request. This is causing some issues at our end. I want to check with other folks, where does your legal team sits in the workflow?
