Everything has been done even salary discussion is also .
1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.

Wondering if anyone can share the approximate timeline after applying to Target Corp. to hearing something from them. Applied 9/1 and on the applicant portal the status still says “in progress.” I got a great internal referral, but I’ve not reached out to the hiring manager. 😬 I know there were a few hundred applicants — what’s a realistic timeline and what could I say to the hiring manager if I reach out to them. Are initial law firm consultations usually free? I’m on H1B and wanted to schedule an initial consultation with an immigration lawyer to discuss some GC options (outside of employment based) and was told I’d have to pay $200 for a consultation (45 mins session).

Am I being cheap for not wanting to pay that or are there firms out there that offer free consultations?
