Vent/Nervous: Next week I’ll be going from an easy no name firm to a T2 firm doing something completely different and much more intense. Nervous as hell and praying I’ll last since it’s an area I’ve been interested in. Hoping I have what it takes to succeed and learn the hard skills fast. Any advice?

Well, I was on an onboarding call and they were talking about staffing and projects. The presenter said to reach out to them if you don’t think your project is a good fit. Switching from PDM 2 to SpM, should I expect a pay adjustment?

Generally curious about this years incoming batch of undergrads. What is your role and starting salary? Lots of HR laws ( CA, NY) and inflation this year so curious to see if people were able to use this to their advantage etc.

I’ve taken FAR a few times at this point. I got two 74s and this past one I got a 70. I felt like the last exam (which was a few weeks ago) was extremely harder than the other ones. Has anyone else noticed the exam getting extremely tough? Or do you think I just got a one off?

LCOL I considered my family middle class when my dad made 50k in the 90s. Life seemed alright.
