I am currently a biomedical engineer at @U.S. Food and Drug Administration with over two years of experience. I would like to hear everyone's experience navigating the GS increase (salary raise) as a government employee. Here are some questions for discussion. How long did it take you to be promoted to the next pay grade? What do you think contributed the most to that salary increase? I'm having 5.1 yrs of exp in java development.

Recently received offer from fiserv 12.47LPA +2L joining bonus.

I'm also having offer from Zensar of 13.5 LPA+ 1L joining bonus.

I asked Fiserv for offer revision, hr from iQuest on behalf of fiserv called me, she is telling like they are not going to revise offer.

I would like to join fiserv but not on ,12.47.

How do Program Managers handle quarterly planning in a non-SAFe organization? I’ve seen some concerning strategies and anti-patterns emerging, like trying to standardize story point estimations or using velocity to capacity plan.
