I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.

Its all about business and getting paid, there is nothing called dream company. Find a job the gives you better salary and satisfaction, you are putting yourself in slaves with these dream company mentality

Even me in the same situation, i have 8 years of experience at Dell Technologies, with WFH and Dell has been like a home for me, unable to come out of comfortability but made my mind and getting out of itto PwC with 115% hike... Its hard.. but move ON... May b later u can join back after 2 or 3 years

I guess u already answered ur question by mentioning that ur doing copy paste work. If ur getting stagnant in terms of learning then it's a self deperaction. Don't think much about Deloitte. Go and grab the offer I will say.

With your current situation I would suggest you to get out of that place, make yourself uncomfortable and leand and grow

It's always about the culture first , if u have a good team and culture ,u can compromise on package (+/- 1 or 2 lacs ) is not a big deal, if the gap is huge and culture is worst ,then just come out that company,no matter what they pay.Mental well-being is the ultimate goal

Take the offer! A role in tech pm , can eventually help you move to tech product manager roles as well (if that’s in your mind) . But you should give this a shot
