Was trying to transfer teams because I’m unhappy in my current role and director is blocking my transfer. I think he wants me to continue being unhappy since he know I eventually quit myself. What can I do. Not at McK anymore.

Is it just me or have you also noticed that during the endless back to back zoom/teams meetings, people drift away and not take down action points?

I’m hoping someone might have some ideas about this- I’m currently five years out of law school with a clerkship, a tax LLM, 3 years of experience doing transactional tax work and a few months of EC/VC experience (which I recently switched to from tax).
