Those sound like first signs of heat stress.
I live in TX and have been out 3-4 hours in 95+ degrees doing landscaping and other outside work. Eat first, use sunscreen and stay hydrated and you’ll be fine. You can never have too much water and electrolytes in heat like that. Eat more if you’re out longer. I’ve done 200 mile bike rides and staying fed and hydrated is the key to not succumbing to the heat. If you’re fair skinned then extra sunscreen is a must.
Sounds like sun poisoning not heat exhaustion
