4th year at a mid size PI firm. Got pulled from litigating MVAs to help this solo we hired start a med Mal/nursing home practice. 1 year in and it looks like I’m two steps backwards in terms of getting paid because we’re a year or more out from a lot of the fees hitting. What is the impact on rating and overall, if I have got all snapshots good but for one snapshot its like at level for 4 parameters and 1 parameter partially demonstrated at level and have got a development action on that. Truth be told I have never been through onboarding via remote. It’s a bit of a struggle. It’s taking forever to get access to certain resources and my assigned mentor is always underwater. How is everyone dealing with this? My manager seems hard to please in our first couple 1:1s.
