I am in situation where I have offer with 15 LPA and joining date is 18 th of July, also I had Hr discussion with Fujitsu today and asked salary of 20 LPA , they told me that they will require 3 working days to get approval from business team I don't understand what to do, should i wait for fujitsu of should i Join company which offering 16 LPA.?

Yeah that's what it looks like. This is one of the few times when working in retail is actually beneficial. We're not quite as susceptible to AI taking our jobs as people in tech or finance.

Right. A lot of big companies are investing tons in AI, and then the next thing you know, massive layoffs.
Yes, the job market is shaky. One thing I would recommend is when you were on LinkedIn find connections that already work at the company that you want to be at. Send them a message and let them know you’re interested in the role and what you can expect and who you should reach out to.
I would say yes because I have seen posts where highly skilled people with degrees are being forced to take retail jobs. So that affects people like me who have always worked retail, I am now competing with people who have a bachelor's for an entry level position.
From what I have seen, they will choose the retail worker, because it is cheaper for them unless it is management. I live in an area where tech jobs got eliminated because of AI.

I think it is position dependent! Senior management I think have an easier time finding work vs a low level employee.
