We don’t often think of our attitude as something Christ cares about. Yet in Philippians 2:5 he tells us our attitude should be the same as Christ Jesus.
Whatever our attitude is-whether happy&positive or grumpy &mad-we chose It.Our attitude doesn’t reflect our circumstances,it reflects our choices about our circumstances.Christ had every reason to be resentful, even angry,but he wasn’t.I know at times I need supernatural help from God with my attitude! I love Rev. Swindoll’s quote on attitude:

Does anyone have tips regarding attending social events, such as happy hours with coworkers and express that drinking isn’t my preference?
With me being the only one on my team who doesn’t drink, it causes me to stick out, and others constantly question why I’m not drinking.
It kind of deters me from attending work events, but I know there’s a lot of benefitting in being around.
