M trying to get a job in pharma company since I got my work visa in jan , 2022 . I had my experience in India . Any other experienced hires faced with the same? It’s not about being a good fit. I’m just not seeing the roles which is extremely frustrating because I know they exist.

Love making to the final round with the hiring manager and then being told that ‘I don’t have the depth of experience that the role called for’. I told everyone that area wasn’t my expertise and was told that it wasn’t a problem. Way to waste my time. 🙄
