Is there anyone on here that has any negatives about working in FP&A? I always see it as an exit opportunity a ton of people want to go in and I know the pros but what are some of the cons?

I am new to EY. What is EY GDS promotion policy in general?
Where can we get those details to check the required and expected things to go the next level?
How many levels in Staff? What is the min YOE is required to be a Senior?
How many months/years minimum we need to spend to be eligible for promotion (ex: minimum 1 year a person need to spend on one grade like that)

Any idea fishes on what's the last client round in EY Parthenon for Deals Strategy - is it a experience discussion/fitment or a proper technical round.

Working at a company and they can’t seem to hold on to their female, black and people of color employees. I blinked and 3 of the people who were in my onboarding class were either fired or they left. They started with it being a 75-80k budgeted position. What are typical base salaries for someone with 4.5 ttl YOE? Does it matter that 3 YOE was in an adjacent industry?
