Well, completed 1 year of my job, and my manager told me she dozes off when I share the project progress with her. After a year, every single effort seems nothing. I wanted to transfer internally, gave interviews , received positive feedback. She had a talk with the hiring manager and I got to know she is sabotaging my career by saying that I am not competent in doing my job alone without directions, although she didn’t help me even with 1 line of code. It feels so threatening every single day.

I have started the process of looking for a new job, is this bad time to change companies? I have 3 phone interviews next week (1st step for all of them) but I feel maybe it’s not the right time?

My therapist just told me I'm depressed..do you ever feel like they tell you things you hear a lot or could have figured out on your own? Like take care of yourself, it's ok to feel such and such, etc. I'm still newer to therapy so wondering if that's the common experience? How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.
