How about before you post this, you get all the facts. If you are concerned ask your OMP or office manager. This is a pilot program that they are testing because admin hiring is on hold and the admin rosters are packed. It’s not every office it is a very very limited run just to see if it can even work until admins can be hired.

Nope. It’s disgusting.
After the way they put the squeeze on us to force us to RTO- how essential in-office presence is, how we have to hold the office together, how we were forced to be in (even though the PAMs are barely there)
Now they’re going to outsource admin help? Maybe stop throwing $100,000 holiday parties and hire admins. Just a thought.

I wish I wasn’t adaptable. Humans aspire for a greater level of comfort and once achieved, adopt that as their new baseline. Because of this, somebody making $100k cannot simply comfortably revert back to a $50k lifestyle. The slow growth of personal wealth isn’t noticed as ideated. Instead, we are never satisfied.
