I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

Better to stay at home and not receive bonus. I think it’s better than shifting to another city
PwC is becoming worst day by day. The leaders don't have a spine. They say we are one but clearly there is a big difference between we and US side folks. Forcing us to come to office despite of working in the 2-11 shift. No information on the milestone bonus too for us. Never seen a company like this where leaders are such bootlickets
What is the point of forcing to work from office. We work already with us folks who are miles away from us. I don't see any disruption in collaboration
Exactly. That's why I feel like laughing out loud when they designate themselves as leaders and have leaders meet n what not. Nobody is a leader, all are just bootlicking employees who wants to save their ass. No vision nothing all just show.
Just saying... if someone's traveling to another city two days a month, they're already burning through lakhs in expenses. And then the so-called bonus? Post-tax it's peanuts. Feels like there's more to the story than meets the eye.

Think lot of people will switch now. Why would anyone relocate for the same salary.

Remember what is written in the FAQs, it not only limited to bonus😒
That means it may impact hike, promotion etc. as well.
Yeah they simply reduce the tier citing these reasons. So less hike less bonus more money saved

Who told you to show your location as bang/hyd/kol if you don’t want to go office. Show different location if you want to enjoy wfh and earn benefits 😎

No it's applicable to all locations. Everyone has to come to office unless you receive HR exception email.
Yes I agree 8/2 days policy, but it is temporary due to limited space location in Gurugram, Hyderabad, Chennai..
But , officially permanent WFH is over . Everyone has to be in office.
I m fine with 8 days for all. But the difference between 2 and 8 is too much because a significant percentage of employees would enjoy the bonus eligibility with just 2 days whereas others slog for 8.
And I m very sure this won't change. Given the cost cutting they have done recently, it's highly unlikely they would invest to expand more seats in those locations.

You can't do that anyway. To change locations u need MD approval with genuine reasons
