What advice would you give to someone who has just started at an agency to stand out and impress their director? I know this isn't necessarily a salary-related question, but I am curious what I should be doing to make a good impression and succeed in my new role! I’ve been at my company for 8 months. I just found out another designer who has been here for several years gets an annual bonus at the end of the fiscal year.
