Planning to leave is all that worked for me. But trying a written rebuttal will immediately show you if/that you're at a place where they are capable of seeing their own biases.

That’s a really good reason to do an immediate written rebuttal. I know someone who did this and firm management took it seriously and switched the associate to another partner’s project. But they still left because the bias problem was too widespread.
Other benefits of a contemporaneous, real-time written response are that they set up documentation and a defense of any performance issues should you decide to consult legal counsel to evaluate your legal options when negotiating your exit.
Leave. They will never admit bias.
And the amount of defensiveness can really be something else
