Cooley - no in office requirement but soft recommendations that you come in occasionally, at least a couple of times a month (not at all enforced and many people have not set foot in the office in 2 1/2 years).
Shearman - 3x a week in person. August full month + 2 weeks thanksgiving + 2 weeks Christmas fully remote
K&E - 3x per week (Tues-Thurs) in person, but not really enforced if you’re busy
Paul Weiss - 3x a week in person (currently in remote August with no attendance), but not enforced in normal times.
You can choose!
60% of your time in office, your choice on days except your practice group’s in-office anchor day. Working pretty well.
It may be practice group dependent, but it's not very enforced. I personally aim for 2-3 days, though during the summer between vacation and getting COVID I've probably averaged 1/week, but there's still plenty of people that almost never come in.
DPW is 3x/week (tu/w/th) in office. Have to sign in every morning. It is enforced.
Also a DPW associate (midlevel) and I barely go in twice a week—don’t think it’s enforced, lol
Goodwin- no requirement, but at one point they were suggesting you come in 2-3 days a week. Now that they’ve dropped that point many people don’t come in at all (some people come in almost every day). I would say the average person comes in 1 day a week to mix things up and get free food
BakerHostetler - “more often than not” but no one goes in at any of the coastal offices and not enforced
