What are Responsibilities of : Associate Business Transformation Architect Role in Deloitte USI. what more responsibilities does he have than Senior Consultant

Currently at BNY Mellon with 10 YOE, specifically in Corporate Trust working CLO/CDO’s (first job out of college). I’ve moved around within the bank a few times but I’m just not happy here nor am I where I want to be in terms of comp . I want to pivot into something else but I have no clue what skills I could transfer elsewhere as what we do is so niche. They sucked me in when they said it would be a FA role but we don’t do any modeling, forecasting, etc.. Any advice/suggest/rec’s much apprecia

PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

One of my direct reports has asked about going part time. They currently manage special reports in a bi-weekly publication, working closely with sales, freelance writers, and an internal designer. Job duties are primarily project management and editing/proofreading. As the first read on articles, they need to have an understanding of the material (business/regulation). Covid has been hard. March 2029- December 2020 I drank a lot to cope without realizing it. January- March I didn't realize I was depressed. March I came to terms with increase and ongoing suicidal ideation and needed help.

I went into a intensive outpatient program (IOP) which has been super helpful.

During the beginning of covid I drank every day and in a great deal. January it was a "dry" month which was hard the first week but overall great.

March 2021 realized I'm clinically depressed.
