Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

If you are a P Atty, absolutely go to TLC. A friend insisted I become a part. Instead of the 3 week course ( which I really wish I could have done) I went to the courses that last 5 days. Personally they recharged me- helped me shed the layers of crap I took on over the years. I always came home a happier person and an awesome lawyer.
Depends what you’re doing. If learning the nuts and bolts, read The Elements of Trial and Damages 3. If you want to take it to the next level, do the Trial Lawyer’s College three-week program. There’s currently a split at the college. I know the Trial Lawyer’s College (the one that is allowed to use the name) is doing some virtual programs that sound pretty good considering, but you have to have attended at least one regional in the past to attend.
I did American Association for Justice's Trial Essentials College and Depositions College. Both were excellent. Highly recommend.
