I have 3.5 Years of experience, For the first 1.5 years, I worked in SEO, PPC, Social Media and 2 years of experience in Email Marketing - demand generation (not worked on email automation).
Companies looking for knowledge in email automation.
So what I can do here. What skills I can pick for a job and What is the skill which I can learn as per the market trend.

SC to M, promotion in CBO.

I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.

Can anyone suggest if it's even possible to try to get promoted in 2 years? Just don't want to put in extra effort and getting disappointed later.

Coming up on one full year at an ID firm. Feeling overwhelmed with my experience so far. I’ve received minimal training/feedback unless it was on something I messed up. It feels like the expectations don’t align with my level of experience. I have a case load of 45-55 with very little oversight or involvement from partners. My boss thinks I waste my time researching the client's business and ways to grow it all day and I don't do much work. I ran campaigns on Facebook ads manager, Google ads, and keyword research for blogs & e-commerce, Analyze campaigns & optimize them regularly.

Still, my boss is not convinced that I am working worth 35000.
