What are the best places to work these days as a highly technical Salesforce consultant/dev? I have good WLB in my current job but the pay and career progression make it so I can't justify staying if I can find something better.

I wish someone would create a book entirely on copywriting or art direction daily exercises that train us juniors or students to get better since creativity is a muscle. Sure, hey Whipple or the ad concept book do have some exercises, but I want more exercises that are bit more structured.
