Just got an offer to join capgemini only have 1.5-2 yrs of experience coming in. Can any one speak to capgemini offer structure wondering if I can ask for a joining bonus on top of salary or is that unusual for the firm.

He told me to “hold on” and continued talking. I let him finish his sentence and talk for ~3min. When done he says “sorry I was texting, could you pls repeat?”. This is someone I will have to work with. Should I address it now? Not?
