The one thing I most certainly will ABSOLUTELY not use AI for is speaking for me. Ethics aside, people do it, whatever.

But different people need to be communicated in different ways. I’m intentional with my organization and word selection to make sure what I’m communicating is purposeful and conveys specific details that matter.

To let AI actually BE your own voice, is sacrificing your agency (as in your capacity to act independently, not your company) and devaluing to your purpose.

If you want to use a portion for notes summary or something, fine. Just don’t give your voice and autonomy to Skynet.

As a copywriter also OP, you should be doing everything possible not to give your job directly to AI proactively… it’s only going to get harder from here

Also, I feel like I can 100% tell when something is written by AI. I’ve even been in situations where I question something of a client they had included in an email to me, and had no idea what I was talking about. Why be that lazy and set tripwires for yourself.

If we’re not likely to break even with our base this year, independent of BU, does it make sense to leave now for +30-50% total comp vs biting the bullet and waiting for next year?
