Hi Fishes,
My Joining date was on 5th Dec, but didn't the onboarding mail, On 2nd Dec I was my BGC scheduled and they asked for my degree certificate, On 5th Dec 2022 I got the link from verification team where I uploaded my address proof.
But will they still onboard me, as my joining date is already passed, My recruiter is not responding my mails. Pls let me know

At your level, think longer term if you have partnership aspirations. Think whether growth prospects for A&M as a whole are more favorable than your other options. Comp can vary a lot due to the model, so you really have to think about total opportunity over a 5 year cycle and be willing to ride out the down years.
A&M1 - how often do you think bad years occur in PEPI? How many have you been through and over what timespan?
OP, we are hiring if you’re interested, both transaction/deal cycle and industry specific. Depending on your experience and level, your total at EYP can be 250-300 at the Manager equivalent and 300-400 at the Senior Manager equivalent. These numbers are lower than the usual averages for level equivalent at A&M but just putting options out there given what you’re saying. Good luck. If I were in your shoes I’d try to figure out if your first year is representative of all your A&M time or just the first bit. I imagine it’s the latter.
Base salaries in the low to high 2s, 20-40% variable bonuses
OP - would just recommend networking within the firm, talking to your career advisor, and starting to build reputation through internal initiatives or whatever projects you can get on. You will eventually get busy and hit a good run rate (well above EYP at the Director level based on numbers above). If you think you will have a down year no matter what, then now is the ideal time to knock out training and take some vacation! Can come back refreshed and ready for next FY.
