So I joined IBM 5 months back, was on bench for this long and got project just a week back.

My PSP and People Manager have been kind of lenient, cooperative and kind to me because I was never told I will be put in PIP, I have to enter project not matching my skillset etc etc.

Is it wise to appreciate both of them via blue points for their support?

I just got a mail saying I have 200 bluepoints to send out appreciations if I feel like.

I have 2 offers one from ZS 8lpa + bonus + food wifi +elrp+ gradutiy and pf = 11.5 lpa

Other from LTI 10.7fixed+ annual bonus+ graduity + pf = 12 lpa

ZS is convenient travelling wize LTI is little far.
Which one should I choose

My GF and I are dating for 2.5 yrs , She met an office colleague (he has a GF) recently who she initiated a friendship with. I feel that they interact a lot and I'm a little worried of her getting too close to him. A day ago she asked him for lunch and they were out for almost 4-5 hrs. When I expressed how I felt she keeps saying there's nothing going on. I feel that when start to get emotionally close to some other guy than SO then it's not a good sign in relationship. I’m helping my friend put together a brand book for his startup. I’ve seen this go so many diff ways, but besides the design-related stuff, what exactly is important to include? Do I include a brand mission statement? Brand manifesto? Brand positioning? Brand tagline? Would love your thoughts.

Anyone recommend any others for some DD? IPOF seems to be a hot topic this week but also keeping an eye on PRPB since it's one of the largest pre LOI SPACs and that could let them find a larger target than most others.

ACEV is one I like. Still decently close to NAV and they make specialized semiconductors for applications like driverless and 5G. Best to get into the equipment than try to guess on an overall winner in these future technologies imo. It’s like selling shovels during the gold rush.

IPOF today?

Very active after hours and premarket today. Anyone have thoughts on why (other than obviously expecting some news or announcement today, asking more specifically on what that could be)?

What's everyone into now? I cashed out some of my CCIV but not sure where to move to next. I feel like IPOF should have some news soon...
