A back bone for WLB sanity. Dedication to learning enough to make the persons job above you easier, communication internally externally verbal written etc , project management (bc you can be great but if it’s always late you’re ducked)
Attention to detail, patience, communication
Attention to detail is a HUGE one, and being a good communicator. Those two traits make a massive differrence
Being open to new learnings. Constantly improving your skillset and knowledge are essential. And a ton of patience, of course.
There are a lot of skills actually. But to narrow it down, I think you have to be extra patient and good in communication. You should also make a conscious effort to improve your skills along the way.
This is a good question. First of all, you have to be good in your communication skills. You're going to need it the most.
Detail oriented and Hard working are the qualities that are most essential while working in Big 4. While communication and problem-solving skills are the skillset you need to be successful in your chosen career.
Change is the only constant. Don't know the right answer but I sure do have a whole list of qualities and personalities to avoid failure
I think being flexible, adaptable and easy to work with, honestly. You want to be the go to person for stuff, but it takes awhile to build that kind of rapport with people
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Your communication skills and a good grasp of specific knowledge are equally important.
You will encounter a lot of changes, that's for sure. It would be great if you are flexible and open to new environment and challenges. Good luck, OP!
