Is there a common set of people performing the process (aka the same team or department under the supervision of a common leader)? Do the processes follow the same defined policy (such as a change management policy)? Are the processes supported by the same technology (ticketing system, deployment tools, identity management system, etc. ). If the answers to these questions are yes, you have a common process.
You got this. Let’s say you’re looking at multiple entities under the same company. You would look at one sites payroll reconciliation (for example) and compare it to how another site would perform. If they share a common policy, awesome—point 1. If they use the same system/same reports—point 2. You may just be over thinking it but if you have another instance you need help with let me know!
