No need to worry a crash is coming we all about to be losing ours jobs

funny

Had an interview where we kind of talked about this at wells but if you're in a Corp job you should be good. Operational jobs or client facing maybe not

Depends on the company. Typical approach is to take historical days (A/P, A/R, etc) or % of relevant income statement piece

Depends on the company. Typical approach is to take historical days (A/P, A/R, etc) or % of relevant income statement piece

Which part is most impactful definitely depends on company characteristics though

AR, AP, and Inventory

Inventory is a major one

Ladies in their 30s (or anyone) help me out. When on a great first date with a guy in his late 30s, we totally clicked. When he dropped me off, he asked to come inside and I politely said no, since I don't invite anyone inside after the first time we've met date or not. Everything seemed fine but this morning he texts me "I'm sorry it just seems like we aren't looking for the same things." What did I do wrong here? Should I have let him come inside?

Any attorneys here with ADHD/ADD? I was recently diagnosed ADHD, but it was clear I had it my whole life. It did not materially hinder me until law school, and now it’s pretty debilitating as an associate. Since I have been medicated, some executive functioning has been better but it’s really hit or miss. Anyone have any success stories? Would in-house be easier to manage as there is less executive functioning (ie no timekeeping and billing)? I appreciate any response in advance. Thanks!

I’ve always been someone who talks to the person next to me & becomes very close with my team. When it comes to going out of my way to network at an event or cold call managers to partners, befriending people the first day of a job, or socializing at a party where I don’t know anyone except the host, I struggle a lot. I know this hurts me when it comes to consulting (performance wise I always get great reviews, but finding my next project is where I struggle). How can I improve?

Big fan of this one. Not super bold. More velvety. Subtle leathery taste, hints of vanilla! I picked up a half case for 120, or $20 a bottle! I may actually buy more. 8/10 for price and taste. Very elegant.

Hi Fishes

My compa ratio is 0.798 current band 6A. How much hike should i expect in april? Current ctc 4.89 lpa

Hey Fishes,

Recently got an offer from PharmEasy for the Data Analyst role with a 30 % hike from current salary at Deloitte, where CTC is 8.1 LPA
But will have to pay in the training cost along with the joining bonus which comes up to 2.4 lac. Really confused what to do as I've been on bench for 3 months now with no learning opportunity and don't know what kind of projects I might get ahead and what about the wlb as compared to PharmEasy.
Some insights will be much appreciated :)

I recently graduated with a bachelors in finance, and have recently got hired (5 months ago) as a financial analyst. Realistically I do FP&A for a company. I have realized I am not a huge fan of doing non stop spreadsheet all day. Am thinking I’d enjoy my career more by becoming a financial planner and getting my CFP certification. Maybe in the future opening up my own firm. Any advice on what career move to make next in order to accomplish this? CFP requires 3 years of relative experience.
