Would moving to another country for corporate finance be a bad idea? What countries might be best or perhaps easiest?

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. What can I do? Is it that just your IT work ex they consider? Suggest things I could do. Completed 8 months in Accenture now as SAP Functional consultant.

Would you take a freelance gig that would be a promotion (with potential to join full time) with a smaller company whose values you really agree with, OR a full-time offer for a lateral move with a larger company with teammates you know and trust? I've done a lot of self-work this year re: where I've been most successful and fulfilled over my last ten years.. I'm 32 and have been in sales, sales leadership, and business leadership (I've been a ceo and am currently head of sales at a start up).

All that said, I'm looking for some words of wisdom on how to pivot to sales ops, Rev ops, or GTM strategy. The latter probably being my preference.

Lyft driver delayed picking me up 30 min, resulting in me canceling my ride and asking hotel to call me a “yellow taxi” to get to the airport because it was 5am and all ubers/lyfts were 15 min. I don’t want to underbid myself without hearing about the salary range from her first. Is there a good way to respond to this questions w/o giving her a $ amount just yet?

I received a take home case study for a strategic finance position. They gave me historical statements for the last 3 years (quarterly) and asked for insights/observations and opportunities/trends. What should I be observing here? I’m used to just modeling exams but I’m not sure how to proceed here. They didn’t give industry but this looks like retail store financials when they are a software company....
