I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

I would love to, it would be really useful for people who still can't achieve a complete balance.
I've worked at Abbott Laboratories (AbbVie's parent company) for almost five years, I like their work/life balance because they really encourage community outreach. So it feels like I'm more connected in the community, which really helps because my social skills aren't the best and it's hard for me to make friends.
I live just north of Boston so I'm a little ways from you, but I have only heard good things about that company and I have a good friend who used to work there. She said they expected a very high standard of work (which is a good thing) but they were pretty balanced overall. They have pretty good benefits. Here's some more info: https://www.abbvie.com/careers/benefits.html
I'd suggest trying to talk to someone who works there and has firsthand experience (not me, sadly). There are usually groups on different social media sites where you can network with people in the same business and eventually you should be able to make contact with someone in that way. Might take awhile but it's worth it IMO
