I'm with you here! I'm wondering if there are any go-to books that people might recommend. Looking online I feel like it's easy to get lost in a pool of non-experts and their blogs for design advice. Not to downplay the abilities of some hobbyists and bloggers :)

It depends on your favorite style. I like more traditional homes, so some of my favorite blogs are The Glam Pad, Laurel Home, The English Room, Park and Oak Interior Design, etc. I think once I figured out what I love, I started following those designers through their blogs and instagram.

Also, Pinterest is definitely my favorite.

I’m looking to buy a full length mirror but I want one that is high-quality and accurate. Right now I have these cheap mirrors in my apartment where the image is distorted to make me look taller and skinnier. Well this has been fantastic for my self-esteem for the past few years it’s shocking when I see what I look like in a normal mirror that isn’t a “skinny mirror.” Anyone have suggestions for a full length large mirror I can hang on the wall that will be high quality and not break the bank?
