Hands down it's the dark chocolate peanut butter cups ! My favorite snack in the universe - lol. They better never discontinue them.

I love them - and the sunflower butter cups!

Trader Joe's has the best gluten-free foods. My "got to" items are the gluten-free muffins, the Madeleines and the frozen vegan stir-fry japchae noodles. Yum!😋

Ooo good tip!

Everything but the bagel seasoning, frozen mandarin orange chicken, dark chocolate peanut butter cups, frozen gyoza, and whatever else I come across. Basically everything that I technically don't really need but I'm just too weak to say no to.

Unpopular opinion here - I have disliked every prepared food I have ever gotten from Trader Joe’s. I don’t see what people like about it

The fruit is cheaper near where I live… I’m also a huge fan of the snacks. Frozen meals are pretty hit or miss

Is this Facebook or WhatsApp?

I’m sorry I don’t understand your question?

Raspberry jam!

Not sure of the actual name but the PB&J dunkers. Tomato soup. Dried pasta. Frozen veggie fried rice. Their produce is usually top notch. And their pizza crust (the rectangle/pre-baked one).

Chocolate covered pretzels and sour cream puff corn

Looking for honest opinions: would you trust career advice from someone who doesn’t necessarily have a background in career coaching but has always been “that friend” that everyone calls for career advice, resumes, salary negotiations etc?
I have a long background in management and have been very successful in climbing the ladder but I would love to start career coaching on the side. Any feedback is helpful!

Does anyone know if we can reimburse expenses for items listed in Wageworks while on maternity?

I know we cannot expense phone/internet/ commuter benefit as I am not actively doing work.

However, for other items that fall under wage works reimbursement, I couldn’t find anything in writing yet.

I need some advice. I have some co workers that are really disgruntled and complain about their jobs a lot to me. It really bring me down and makes it hard for me to work because I get constant messages about how much they hate it here. I’m friends with them outside of work so I don’t want to explode on them. What do you recommend I do/say to them? I want our friendship to last but I can’t stand how they talk right now. And honestly some of their bitching is valid but some isn’t imo.

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

I closed on a new build a few weeks ago and now the same home is available for much less with the builder offering all appliances, additional credits, and buy down of the rate. Is there anything I can do to get now? It seems unfair that I paid more and didn't get the incentives.

Hi all,

I work in the Centre of excellence for a consulting company. Our CTO wants to prototype an indexing/search app to share docs and he wants to use AWS for the cloud service. I’m looking for some guidance around the basic cloud architecture principles. Can anyone explain high level how the architecture should look like? Thanks in advance

Curious to know what other avenues people have taken in our industry to make more money. Currently getting OT which is nice since most places don’t offer that benefit but still doesn’t feel like it’s worth the long nights when the paycheck comes in.

Anybody work for EY NZ? Realize borders are closed at the moment but my wife and I have been researching a move to NZ for years now. I'm a Micrsoft Biz Apps/Dynamics Developer in the US. Doing an internal transfer would be my the easiest way to move so just wondering if anybody had any insights into the process.

Does your firm form leadership group trainings? We usually do every summer but we are starting one these last 2 months. We usually read books or watch something and then discuss. If you do them, do you think they are effective?

How do you tell if your managing partner is invested in your success? I feel like my managing partner couldn’t care less about my development, career, or success. They hardly ever speak to me and are not really doing anything to show me the ropes in a new practice area I undertook for this job. I am not in a position to leave due to past short stints, and things are not horrible, just want to tackle this feeling of abandonment.
