What biglaw firms in SF are best for work-life balance (what little exists in biglaw)? Are any firms still allowing folks to work from home most or all days of the week? I’m a 3rd year in litigation if relevant.

Some UK companies shifting to 4 day weeks, no pay cuts. I’d be willing to do 4/10 hour days if it meant permanent 3 day weekends. Thoughts ?

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.
