Hello Folks, I have completed my Technical and Managerial rounds last week and got the confirmation from consultancy that I have cleared the interviews and will schedule a call with HR as per availability.

Currently I work as a implementation consultant in a fast growing B2B SaaS company. We just recently received a funding round of 500M EUR, but I don’t have any stake in the company yet (only joined 5 months ago). From what I've experienced most BizOPS case interviews are more geared towards the product than the standard consulting case and maybe a little market sizing.

I work in a strategy role at a gaming company. While I have the designation of a manager, I am not managing anyone. They were going to hire people who I would manage but due to recession it’s not happening. I was earlier in consulting and left at the senior level. How does one pivot into senior roles without having an opportunity to manage anyone?
