Deloitte has a infra practice
A subspecialty, but Altman Solon does a lot as it relates to digital infrastructure (data centers) and telecom (fiber/cable/etc infrastructure)
All the engineering firms have consulting arms that do this work such as WSP, HNTB. The developers also have advisory arms such as Arup, Bechtel etc. In the pure consulting work McKinsey, Deloitte top strategy infra shops. KPMG and EY are the top dogs in infra capital project finance consulting
PwC has a large U.S. and global practice
As in physical infrastructure (bridges, tunnels, roads, etc.)?
Mainly airports, ports, bridges etc;
If your looking at project advisory or dispute/resolution check out Ankura, FTI, HKA
Got it so will need to look at MckInsey and Deloitte then.
Dumb question what do KPMG and EY do that’s different to Deloitte and McKinsey.
Partners in performance aka ACCENTURE
I have worked with teams like that at BCG but you should look at FMI Corp too. Let me know if you want to talk - this is my space
DM’d you!
