For me it’s cooking. I like the ritual of chopping, stirring, and tasting — it slows me down and forces me to focus on something simple. By the time dinner’s ready, my brain feels calmer. What’s your favourite meal to cook?
I love cooking but I have to admit I’m more of a lazy chef… I do however love baking when I can, same thing for me where it slows me down
I got into mountain biking a couple years back and it has been the ultimate mind release. If you take your focus off the trail in front of you for even a second, you're going face first into a tree. Ask me how I know 🤣
Hahah sounds like fun even with the potential face planting a tree

Reading is so important for me, I read on my commute but I always try to read before bed so I’m not just scrolling on my phone
I usually go for long walks with music on. It is the only way I can properly switch off and reset. Running sounds intense but I get the same clear-headed feeling from walking.
I used to hate running but I mainly just take it slow to find that enjoyment - I do love a long walk though
Binge watching reality TV, it's all silly and nothing has any meaning and I love it!
Oh I get this! It’s so easy to turn off your brain with reality tv!
