What do you guys do with your old university course books. I have so many at home and don’t want to throw them away. Wondering if it can be put to some good use even though these editions are no longer being used in universities. My local library does not except the books which are old edition. Any suggestions would be welcome!

Help me save the day: have a massive excel file (600k rows) with duplicate records (column a, b and c are duplicate, not a duplicate if a and b are the same though). How can I filter for just these records? If it didn’t crash excel I could concat into one column, Conditional format for duplicates, and sort by color. What’s a work around?

I'm working on skills to reposition myself from a branch of tech where certifications are mandatory and required to even interview into DevOps or software development. I'm currently taking some online classes in Jenkins, docker, python. I've found a few certifications you can test for. I'd love to be able to go into a mid level position vs Jr in the next few years. A) Are these types of certs helpful or useless? B) what skills differentiate Jr and mid level positions?

Are there any good conservative sources out there that you think people haven't heard enough about? I'm not against liberal viewpoints or anything. I just think they seem more vocal than the conservatives and I would like to find a balance

I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again.. For me, I set 20-30 pg min/night and listen to a different audiobook to/from work. The audiobook thing is new as I've never read >1 at once. Considering 1 chapter/night w/ 3 different books (3 ch/night)... I just want to read them all though not sure - may muddle if one > others.

I just “read” we listened to “The Nowhere Office”. As we are RTOing it really struck home. Highly recommend.
