Looking for a referral. I have found my dream role (Project Manager) at Meta and I am in need of a referral for Meta (formally Facebook). I have experience working in analytics, and operations in the healthcare industry. I also possess a Master's degree in a tech adjacent focus, LSS-WB, and CAPM certifications. I'm happy to send a DM, let's connect.

For women breaking into tech can be difficult. I will be graduating from a coding bootcamp this month and I’m currently on my job search. Is there Moms who broke into a software engineering position who could share what your journey was like and could share any advice as I continue my job search? Thanks!

Hi all. I’m scheduled to interview with Microsoft for a Customer Success Manager - Business Applications role next week. It’s structured as a 3 hr (3x45 min each). Any tips on what to expect and how to prepare for this? I was told a recruiting coordinator would reach out but trying to get a jump start on the prep work. Thank you so much in advance for any tips!

I started with a company back in March 2021 on a three month contract and soon extended to a possibility of hire. They couldn’t keep me in my original dept so I was hired in as a recruiter to find team members for a new acquisition. It has been a mess even before I started. My boss left after two weeks and the person stepping in will be moving to a new role in a few months. I am actively looking for a new job but at a loss. What should I do?

I’ve accepted an offer for a non-partner track counsel position at an Amlaw 200 firm. Salary of 300k, expectation of 1800 billable hours. Fully remote. I’ve worked at top regional firms during my 10+ year career. I’m leaving a small book and a solid shot at partner in 3-5 years for the risks of permanent counsel and unknown biglaw bs. Wife and I are prioritizing things other than careers with this move. She’s also able to go fully remote. I’m scared but also excited. Am I crazy?

I am working in Infosys from last 2.5 years in a support project for Oracle application. I want to up-skill but there is no proper structure. I came across CodingNinjas with a full stack developer program costing 1.25L and assured placements. Is this worth it to make the transition from support to product type role?
**If you believe i should not spend on the program, can you guide on which platform/tech provides structured way of learning?** Thank you.

WFH helped me hide so much about my social anxiety! I love consulting because I feel it works so well with my ADHD (I don't check the time at all). I am rocking my role like crazy and I enjoy every second of it. But social anxiety is killing me AF.

I don't want to use meds, but at the same time, social interactions can easily make me depressed! I am always scared to fail.

Small firm owners need pov! Some good news after almost 11 months of applying and interviews and lots of rejections finally got an offer! In NYC small firm, ex big law folks, no billable hours, niche practice area, appearance of forwarded thinking firm, remote till who knows when, emphasis on pro bono initiatives and building book of business. The catch salary. Was making around 140k at last firm with 1800 billable. Offer is 85k and revist to bump to around 100k in several months after review

Anyone know how to do this?

Never been a fed. I've heard that once you make a cert (e.g., GS-13) the gov can bring you in at the same pay as you were making in industry (match base pay) as long as you have pay stubs and the pay falls within one of the steps for that grade... Is this true??? Agency dependent?

Did any one else’s firm just not engage with them during the majority of the WFH period? While when the lock down first happened we had a few zoom get togethers, they quickly disappeared. While I would set up calls and they would say yes, I can’t help but feel ignored by the lack of outreach. Am I asking too much to expect at least a monthly checkin
