It means you still have a lot of stuff to learn and need a supervision. There’s a lot of competition for your job so don’t take it for granted. It’s ok to make mistakes when you’re attempting difficult things, but don’t slip up on the easy stuff or the parts you can control. For example, don’t miss deadlines and always proofread your work.
Yea missing deadlines and not proof reading are not good. Enough missed deadlines will get you fired

If you're making work above Jr, and your bosses like you, and people are genuinely impressed with you, then odds are you work for a holding company that doesn't promote often enough.
Performance reviews will give you more information. Ask for feedback aside from mentioning a promotion. If people are heaping praise on you in writing, that will help you move up.
If they're suggesting improvement, then you know it might be a chance to learn more first.
Current job market aside, you can always leave your agency.
This is a great response. Holding companies often hold back promotions and raises
