About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

If you're wondering what your actual impact on sustainable development is as a sustainability consultant, have a look.
Main argument is that the entire ESG industry is not grounded in scientific boundaries and therefore doing more harm than good.

Recycling! I work for a recycling broker, so my answer maybe a bit biased, but taking deep look at your recycling program (and perhaps hiring an outside source like me) to help you divert waste from landfills, design your products and services with end of life in mind, build greener more sustainable programs, as well as increase revenue streams through valuable scrap commodities is a really great way of taking a part of your day to day process and using it to tick off boxes on your ESG KPI list!
It would definitely be helpful for a wide range of companies. I typically work with retailers, manufacturers and distribution centers on large scale volumes of material--think truckloads of baled cardboard, however we work with smaller facilities as well and can handle open top dumpsters or compactors of recyclable scrap too. My team also does green consulting to help you optimize your programs--again decrease waste=lower landfill fees, and increased recycling is not only a win for the environment and your ESG scores, but can also be an additional source of revenue for a company. And I work in all sorts of commodities--from cardboard/paper and other fibers, to shrink/flexible plastics, rigid plastics, scrap metal, ewaste, wood and hard to recycle materials.
Agreed with the answer. I work for a standards body that provides interoperable product identification and data carriers/attributed globally. Plenty of opportunity to use this data for assurance purposes. As well as applying similar principles in some data underlying scope 3 calculations and more.
Can you add a bit on how this data can be used for assurance?
