What I think is the worst part of the job as a CSR is working with a team that make you feel unwelcome and not part of the team. Everyday, I had stomach pains dreading reading my emails or will I get help that I need when I need it and will it be correct? . I had a supervisor who constantly said "You think you're doing well? "You really feel that way ?" or even be told in a IM from a previous manager WTF after being asked if my last call was done. The team was very cold as well.

Once when I was waiting tables, I had a guy pay me cash. The change was 45 cents, which I didn't give back to him because like who wants that. He then asked where the change was, and when I explained that I didn't give back the loose change, he made a big stink about how dollars and cents matter and didn't leave me a tip. At a different job I had a customer trying to swindle me in telling me that there was a deal in an item that never had a deal or promotion for sale so he made me scan the item 20 times before believing me. Obviously, he finally let it go but I scan it with an inventory scanner that showed me all of the sale price promotions if there were any

Someone came in and ordered 60 bacon double cheeseburgers… my crew thought I was kidding. 😅

Back when I was getting started in the food world, I worked flipping burgers at In-n-Out. A man came in and said the burgers he had gotten weren’t right. He dumped the food on the counter and then he started throwing them back behind the counter. We gave him a refund and then his demeanor completely changed. He was calmer and he told us to have a great day as he left us to clean up the mess he made.
