Had my first interview first week of May and the recruiter emailed me two weeks later letting me know that I was going to move to the second round, and asked for dates I was available. Its been 2 weeks (have emailed her a couple times) since I've heard from her. Wondering how I should approach this? I've heard the interview process can take awhile, and just want to make sure I'm managing expectations for hearing back

How hard should I push to come in as a ASC2/C2? As an MBA + 5, I asked my recruiters about this and they pushed back pretty hard. Objective would be to fast track title and TC.
