I got offer on Citiustech Healthcare Technologies
May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?
Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hi folks, Please help me which organisation should I go with Citius tech or LTimindtree? As recession is approaching and due to which layoffs are going on as we all know so which one is more safe to join. Please share your thoughts, which will help me to take the decision.

My manager told things are pending with HR, they will only do something. I also know only what Rajan said. He said there is some level of increment to people who gets promoted also along with appraisal but its not that much. He kind of said something like that I remember. No idea on appraisal percentage.
HR calibration has been bypassed.
seriously don't know what is happening, for someone who has received continuous positive feedback from clients and they have provided the rating as ME,
One of my teammate got EE and it was deserved.

How much percentage are we expecting to get? I hope we will get atleast the percentage to beat inflation which is 8%
Just wanted to add here that 3/4 stages have been completed for me also. I have received ME rating. Manager told this week 1-1 feedback will be given.

For some people its been bypassed and ratings are showing but for some still the HR calibration is pending not sure the reason for bypass! If they have system of HR calibration its needs to be done not bypass
Don't know what they are upto this time
Everyone should have received their respective ratings, 1v1 to be completed by 20th and Post appraisal survey to be done by 26th. Letters should start rolling out after that.
