I have 18 years of experience , out of which 9 years I worked in Manufacturing industry in Quality and Planning area, then I shifted my career to SAP Functional in Manufacturing domain and in IT industry now for last 8+yrs. In between I have done executive MBA from IIM Kozhikode.Am I eligible to work in consulting in Bain India and Bain any other country?

Joined last year as associate
With 4.5 yrs of exp
I feel very bad. Project is good. People are good infront. But something is very off and pointing out very silly things and targetting personally with harsh words, with mask of smile in the end. I feel something is happening.
I want to move as early as possible, just waiting for 1 year to complete
I'm not feeling safe here. I don't know about other people and their managers
I work there and its reality of JPMC ,fake smiles and fake environment but it depends on project department and teams also
I am leaving in one year, not worth the pain
It depends on your team and the manager. I have seen many long timers in JPMC. I personally know people who left other orgs in 1-2 years but stayed longer in JPMC. Do your due diligence and talk to multiple people across multiple teams and decide. Bad teams / Managers can be anywhere and no company is an exception in that.
In same condition.. thinking to switch just for money but by seeing these..it looks like it's not good to go to JPMC.What about your neighbouring teams.did you talked to anyone nearby?
No and more over everyone is over 35 or 40+
And my team is most know team because of application we handle, so I don't want to have discussions with anyone.
But I have friends they said work pressure is there. But my problem is not working pressure
What about layoff condition and all brother?how safe it is there?
Don't know, some say silent layoff started, some say no only performance layoffs only
Yeah..I also don't see much about that.
