My biggest struggle is curating the right projects to showcase in the portfolio. I strongly believe in quality over quantity. But then I also have a hard time wanting to showcase every skill and diversity of projects when there is so much to display. The advise I have gotten is to make separate portfolios and resumes for the focus of the positions you want to get interviews for.
I never did a separate portfolio, it was just suggestion I've gotten more than once. as of now I only have one portfolio with sections I can turn on and off depending what I want to showcase. UX designs or fully fleshed out Front End projects.
Conveying just enough information to make someone understand my process but not to overwhelm with info.
Could I send you one of my case studies for feedback? I’m in the process of creating my portfolio.
