I’ve dealt with ADHD my entire life, although was just diagnosed last year. Throughout my career (assurance>industry>consulting), I’ve been able to “outwork” everyone else in the office to counter the lack of focus and other associated faux pas associated with the disorder. Monday scaries hitting hard right now

My partner and I are moving out of our condo building in NYC at month end, and the building management (not our landlord) has communicated to us that, on top of the 1K non-refundable fee and 1K security deposit to move out (stated in lease), they are also issuing a $1,250 "sanitization fee" for the public areas (hallways/elevators), since we happen to be moving out during COVID19. We feel this is taking advantage of tenants during this time and may not be legal. Any advice helps!

Is Goodwin still hiring remote associates? Any other market pay firms still hiring fully remote? I am a corporate/cap markets/securities attorney in the mid-Atlantic small market. Working for a midsize firm based in a large market but thinking I should be making more for the work I’m doing (billing about 170/month) and we have lost most of our mid/seniors so getting even more slammed.

Any indications or chatter of a special or mid year bonus? The bump to $415,000 a year was nice but it’s already worn off, and seeing as how cash is the only thing that makes this job palatable, I was hoping for some mid year motivation in the form of a special bonus of some sort.
