I have been at my job for 6 years. I’m upset about how our pay raise went and I’m thinking about looking for a new job. The anxiety is overwhelming when it comes to this. Different routine, different people, the thought of messing up, what if I hate it. I am comfortable where I’m at, but feel as though they did us aides wrong when it comes to pay. Anyone else noticing how much more difficult it is to find parking now that the ~200k college students are back?

I know that some other associates at my level are approximately 30% behind other associates in hours on a month to month basis. Yet all of these associates say they are “at capacity”, and myself and another associate still end up being assigned work instead of them. How do we handle this? I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.
What are my options here ?
Is project release possible ?
or I have to put down papers ?
